This guide explains how to access a customer’s panel and manage their settings within the platform.


Step 1: Accessing Customer Information

Step 1.1: Locating the Customer

  1. On the customer page, find the desired customer.

  2. Locate the view icon (eye icon).

  3. Click to access their detailed panel.

Step 1.2: Navigating the Info Panel

  1. You will land on the full customer panel.

  2. Six main tabs are available:

    • Customer Details

    • Accounts

    • Trading Paths

    • Users

    • Operations

    • Logs


Step 2: “Customer Details” Tab

Step 2.1: Viewing Basic Information

  1. Click the Customer Details tab.

  2. View:

    • Full name

    • Person type (individual or company)

    • Identification (CPF or CNPJ)

    • Country

    • Registration date


Step 3: “Accounts” Tab

Step 3.1: Accessing Account Management

  1. Open the Accounts tab.

  2. Manage or create accounts linked to the customer.

Step 3.2: Enabling Currencies for Trading

  1. Enable which currencies the customer can trade.

  2. Example: enabling BRL + USDT → customer can trade BRL/USDT pair

  3. Disabled currencies (e.g., USDC) will not appear.


Step 4: “Trading Paths” Tab

Step 4.1: Accessing Provider Configuration

  1. Click the Trading Paths tab.

  2. This is a critical section for route setup.

Step 4.2: Setting the Provider

  1. Select the liquidity or execution provider for the customer.

Step 4.3: Defining Trading Pairs

  1. Specify which currency pairs the customer can trade.

  2. Detail all allowed operations.


Step 5: “Users” Tab

Step 5.1: Managing Users

  1. Switch to the Users tab.

  2. View all users associated with the customer.

Step 5.2: Adding New Users

  1. Click Add to create new user profiles.

  2. Configure each user’s permissions.


Step 6: “Operations” Tab

Step 6.1: Accessing Customer Dashboard

  1. Go to the Operations tab.

  2. You’ll see a dashboard similar to your own.

  3. You can conduct transactions on behalf of the customer.

Step 6.2: Available Components

  • RFQ Component: perform trades for the customer.

  • Account view: track balances and movements.

  • Trades table: displays recent transaction history.


Step 7: “Logs” Tab

Step 7.1: Accessing Full History

  1. Open the Logs tab.

  2. Review all performed operations.

  3. See who executed each action.

  4. Check exact date and time of each log entry.
