This guide explains the features of the Team section, where you can manage internal platform users for your company.


Step 1: Accessing the Team Screen

Step 1.1: Navigation

  1. Click “Team” in the main menu

  2. A user table will appear at the top of the screen
    📌 Note: This section is for managing internal company users, not clients


Step 2: Table Tools and Features

Step 2.1: Tools available

  • 🔍 Search Field

  • 🔁 Column Sorting

  • 📑 Column Selector

  • 📤 Export to Excel

  • Pagination

  • 📄 Items per Page


Step 3: Table Columns Structure

Step 3.1: Basic identification

  • User Name

  • Identifier:

    • Platform User → Email address

    • API User → API ID

Step 3.2: Contact Info

  • Phone:

    • Platform → Phone number shown

    • API → Not displayed

Step 3.3: Audit Info

  • Created By

  • Creation Date

  • Last Update

  • Updated By


Step 4: Status and Security Fields

Step 4.1: Verification status

  • ✅ Verified → Approved by admin

  • ❌ Not Verified → Pending approval

Step 4.2: MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)

  • ✅ Enabled → User has extra security

  • ❌ Disabled → Needs to enable MFA

Step 4.3: Access Status

  • ✅ Active

  • ❌ Inactive


Step 5: User Actions

Step 5.1: Accessing the Actions column

  • Last column in the table

  • Icons available depend on your permissions

Step 5.2: Editing a user

  • ✏️ Pencil icon → Edit user details

Step 5.3: Deleting a user

  • 🗑 Trash icon → Delete the user ⚠️ This action may be irreversible
