This guide explains how to access and use the Customer Logs screen, providing full traceability, audit support, and transparency for every action performed in a customer's account.


Step 1: Accessing the Customer Logs Screen

1.1: Navigating to the logs screen

  1. Go to the customer’s profile

  2. Click on the “Logs” tab

  3. Wait for the full interface to load


Step 2: Understanding the Purpose of Logs

2.1: Main objectives

🔎 Full Transparency: See all actions performed on the account
🕵️‍♂️ Traceability: View the complete activity history
🧾 Auditing: Enable full control and compliance verification
📌 Note: Every action is recorded, regardless of the user

2.2: Who uses the logs?

  • For You: Operational monitoring

  • For Your Clients: Transparency and reliability

  • For Auditors: Complete history for compliance purposes


Step 3: Main Table Structure

3.1: Identifying the log table

The log table includes:

  • Created At: Exact timestamp of the action

  • User: Who executed the action

  • Action: Description of the task

  • Related Operation: What operation caused the action

  • Impacted Table: What part of the system was affected

  • Source: Where the request came from (UI, API)

  • App Instance: Instance that processed the request

  • Request Path: Technical route of the request


Step 4: Navigation Features

4.1: Pagination system

  • Use the page controls to browse logs

  • Best for large data volumes

4.2: Items per page

  • Adjust with the “Items per Page” control

  • Common options: 10, 25, 50, 100

4.3: Sorting filters

  • Ascending sort: Click the column header

  • Descending sort: Click again to reverse

4.4: Search by user or table

  • Use the search bar

  • Enter the username or table name

4.5: Exporting logs

  1. Click the “Export” button

  2. Download the log file with all records
