Step 1: Accessing the Customer Logs Screen

Go to the customer’s profile
Click on the “Logs” tab
Wait for the full interface to load

Step 3: Main Table Structure
3.1: Identifying the log table
The log table includes:
Created At: Exact timestamp of the action
User: Who executed the action
Action: Description of the task
Related Operation: What operation caused the action
Impacted Table: What part of the system was affected
Source: Where the request came from (UI, API)
App Instance: Instance that processed the request
Request Path: Technical route of the request
Step 4: Navigation Features

Adjust with the “Items per Page” control
Common options: 10, 25, 50, 100

Click the “Export” button
Download the log file with all records
