Follow this step-by-step guide to register a new customer in the platform safely and efficiently.


Step 1: Accessing the Add Customer Function

Step 1.1: Navigating to the Customer Page

  1. Go to the main Customer page on the platform.

  2. Click the “Add Customer” button.

  3. You’ll be redirected to the new customer registration screen.


Step 2: Filling in Customer Information

Step 2.1: Entering the Customer’s Name

  1. In the “Name” field, type the customer's full name.

  2. Make sure the name is accurate and free of typos.

Step 2.2: Identifying Customer Type and Documentation

  • For Individuals:

    • Enter the CPF in the appropriate field.

    • Format: 000.000.000-00

  • For Companies:

    • Enter the CNPJ.

    • Format: 00.000.000/0000-00

Step 2.3: Setting the Location

  1. In the “Country” field, select the customer's country.

  2. Use the dropdown list to choose the correct option.

Step 2.4: Classifying Customer Type

  1. In the “Customer Type” field, select “End Customer”.

  • Important: This classification identifies them as your direct clients’ customers.


Step 3: Completing the Process

Step 3.1: Reviewing the Entered Information

  1. Ensure that all mandatory fields are filled in.

  2. Check for any typos or incorrect data.

  3. Review carefully before proceeding.

Step 3.2: Final Actions Available

  • Option 1 - Cancel:

    • Click “Cancel” to discard all entered information.

    • No data will be saved.

    • You’ll return to the previous screen.

  • Option 2 - Confirm:

    • Click “Confirm” to save the customer.

    • A confirmation message will appear.

    • The customer will be added permanently to your database.
