This guide explains how to use the Customer Operations Screen, including operational context, interface components, and how to perform transactions on behalf of a specific customer.


Step 1: Accessing the Customer Operations Screen

1.1: Initial navigation

  1. Go to the desired customer's profile

  2. Click the “Operations” tab
    📌 The screen will load with the customer's specific configuration


Step 2: Understanding the Operational Context

2.1: Identifying the context

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Make sure you're operating on behalf of the selected customer
✅ Confirm the customer’s name at the top of the screen
❌ Ensure you're not operating from your personal account

2.2: Role separation

  • Operations: All actions will apply only to this customer

  • Billing: The customer is responsible for all costs

  • Data: Only the customer’s data is shown


Step 3: Getting Familiar with the Interface

3.1: Interface overview

  • The interface is identical to the main dashboard

  • You’ll find the same tools and components

  • ✅ The only change is in the operating context

3.2: Key components

  • Operation Component: Used to perform actions

  • Accounts Area: Displays accounts configured for the customer

  • Operations Table: Shows history and operation status

  • Action Controls: Buttons to execute, cancel or modify


Step 4: Operation Configuration

4.1: Checking the customer's accounts

  1. Go to the Available Accounts section

  2. Confirm that the accounts belong to the selected customer

  3. Check that they are active and properly configured


Step 5: Performing Operations

Operations are performed the same way as on the main dashboard.
📌 Use the operations component as usual — all actions will apply to the selected customer.
