This article walks you through the entire process of accessing the platform for the first time — from requesting credentials to account activation.
Contact our team to request the creation of your access credentials.
Provide the email address you wish to use as your platform username.
Wait to receive the access link via email.
Open the email sent by our team.
Click the link provided to access the platform.
You will be redirected to the login screen.
Email field: Enter the email address you provided to our team.
Password field: Create a secure password that you will use to log in to the platform.
Important: Write your password down and store it somewhere safe so you don’t forget it.
After entering your email and password, click the “First Access” button.
Then click “Login”.
After clicking “Login,” a confirmation code will automatically be sent to your inbox.
Open the email and locate the message with the confirmation code.
Copy the code provided in the email.
Return to the platform login page.
Paste the confirmation code into the designated field.
Click “Confirm.”
Wait for the success message: “Operation completed successfully.”
After successful confirmation, log in again.
Use the same email and password you created earlier.
Click “Login.”
Download an authenticator app on your phone.
Examples: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator.
Install and open the app.
Look for the option “Add new account” or “Add verification.”
You will see a QR Code on the platform screen.
In the authenticator app, select “Scan QR Code.”
Point your phone’s camera at the QR Code displayed on the platform.
The app will automatically add the platform verification.
After scanning the QR Code, the app will display a 6-digit numeric code.
Enter this code on the platform.
Click “Confirm.”
Important: This is just to validate the 2FA setup.
Wait for the previous code to expire (typically after 30 seconds).
A new code will appear in the authenticator app.
Enter this new code into the platform.
Click “Confirm.”
You now have full access to the platform!
Once you’ve accessed the platform, send an email to our support team.
Email Subject: “Request to Complete Account Setup”
Email Body: Let us know you’ve completed the first access process and are requesting full activation of your account.
Our team will process your request.
You will receive a confirmation email informing you that the setup is complete.
You can now use the platform normally.
