Step 1: Access the Customization Screen

Step 1.1: Navigate to Customization

  1. Open the platform main menu. 

  2. Click on "Customization" in the side menu

Step 1.2: Function Overview

  • Purpose: Adjust the platform appearance to match your company’s brand

  • You can customize: Logo, icon, primary and secondary colors

Step 2: Set Logo and Icon

Step 2.1: Locate Image Blocks

  • When accessing the screen, you will see two clearly marked image blocks for customization.

  • The first one is for uploading your logo, which visually represents your brand on the platform.

  • The second one is for your icon, used in smaller areas such as browser tabs.

  • These sections indicate exactly where each image should be placed, making customization intuitive and straightforward.

Step 2.2: Current process for images

⚠️ Important: Direct image upload is not yet available.

  • Temporary procedure: Send logo and icon files to the support team

Step 2.3: File Preparation

  • Recommended formats: PNG, JPG or SVG

  • Requirements: High resolution, appropriate size

Step 3: Configure Primary Color

Step 3.1: Locate the field

  • Find the "Primary Color" field below the image section

  • Use: This will define the main color across the platform components

Step 3.2: Choose the color

  1. Click the color dot next to the field.

  2. Choose using:

    • Visual gradient

    • RGB code

    • Hex code (#RRGGBB)

Step 4: Configure Secondary Color

Step 4.1: Locate the field

  • Find the "Secondary Color" field below the primary color

  • Use: This will define secondary action elements

Step 4.2: Choose the color

  • Use the same method:

    • Visual gradient

    • RGB code

    • Hex code

Step 5: Apply Your Settings

Step 5.1: Review everything

  • Make sure you’ve:

    • Set both colors

    • Sent your logo and icon if needed

Step 5.2: Save changes

  • Click "Save"

  • ⚠️ Do not close the screen until confirmation appears

Step 5.3: Refresh and Apply

  • The screen will refresh

  • Your color settings will be applied immediately

Check the new look across the platform!
